Directions: Take a single dose 30 minutes before travel, or as needed for nausea relief. Adults & children 6 years and older: Take 2 chews, up to 4 per day. Pregnant Women: To treat morning sickness, take 2 chews, twice daily as needed; up to 4 per day.
